Hi! My name is Cate, and I'm a patient, dependable, and compassionate caregiver with over three years of experience supporting children with developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs as a RBT in the ABA field. I have experience creating structured routines, encouraging communication, supporting emotional regulation, and using positive reinforcement in various settings. I value building trusting relationships with children and planning creative activities, games, outdoor play, and meaningful daily routines based on their individual interests and needs. I am CPR and First Aid trained, a skilled swimmer, and comfortable providing swimming supervision and additional medical support if needed. I am also happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and established household routines.
