Hi, I'm Cassie! Thanks for reviewing my profile. I'm a Kid's Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher who also babysits. Whether caregiving or teaching, I've been described as communicative, gentle, engaging, patient, energetic, & fun. Following a 2-decade career in marketing & event production, & some major life changes, I began to contemplate what really mattered to me, & decided to make my living by coupling two things I feel passion for-kids & my mindfulness practice. After receiving my Kid's Yoga & Mindfulness Certification, I began using yoga & mindfulness to empower children mentally, physically, & emotionally at a variety of schools, camps, & private homes, & have babysat on & off for many years to supplement my income. Along with my Kid's Yoga & Mindfulness Certification, I have a BA in Journalism & Mass Media from Rutgers University. I recently relocated to Shokan from Brooklyn with my dog Sookie, & I read, write, spend time in nature, & travel in my free time.
