Interviewed Cassidy for a dog walking role and she seemed fine but didn't use her. Care.com didn't cancel the booking and I ended up getting charged immediately for an appointment that never took place. I contacted care.com to cancel and refund the payment but they said they already transferred to Cassidy and couldn't. They told me to contact Cassidy to return the funds which I thought was ridiculous that care.com couldn't correct themselves. I contacted Cassidy to return the funds but she ghosted me so I'm out the funds for the appointment that never took place.
