I am a nanny with 5 years of childcare experience in both full-time and part-time roles with multiple families. I have worked full-time for three families for at least one year each, and part-time for three additional families for a minimum of one year each. I have experience caring for children of various ages, including twins, and am comfortable managing multiple children at once. I have supported daily routines such as meal preparation, school readiness, homework assistance, bedtime routines, and engaging children in structured and unstructured activities. I adapt easily to different household expectations and parenting styles while maintaining consistency and routine for the children. I am fluent in American Sign Language and have used it in caregiving to support communication and early language development. I also have academic training in applied behavioral concepts and adolescent communication, which I incorporate into my caregiving approach when appropriate.
