About Cassidy

Hi, I'm Cassidy! I'm a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver with 10 years of childcare experience and a strong background in behavioral support. I'm currently studying Psychology with the goal of becoming a therapist specializing in mental health and behavioral disorders. I'm taking courses in Child Development, Psychology, and Social Psychology, allowing me to apply what I learn directly to my work with children. For five years, I worked as a Behavioral Technician providing ABA therapy, supporting children with autism and developmental and behavioral needs. I helped children build communication, social, emotional, and everyday life skills in home, school, and community settings. I'm CPR/First Aid trained and passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment. I value open communication with parents and respect each family's routines, parenting style, and individual needs.
