About Cassidy

I started my career as a special education paraprofessional before moving my way up to a one to one behavioral specialist. I quickly discovered my passion for working in childcare. After two years in this community, I moved from NY to CA where I became a live in nanny for a family of four, caring for a 1-year-old and 3-year-old. I connected with the family and always made sure to care for the children's needs as well as the parents. Two years after that I ended up moving here to Arizona where I began working as a teacher's assistant in a preschool before working my way up to a lead teacher position. I learned how to coordinate lesson plans, logging children's daily activities, and how to provide a fun and educational environment for children. As much as I loved working in a preschool, I missed the personal connection of working directly with a family and caring for their needs so my hope is to get back into nannying and assist in anything a family may need.
