About Cassidy

Hi! I have experience with my own siblings, cousins, extended family, and family friends, and over time it has become second nature to me. I am someone kids naturally feel comfortable around. I am patient, attentive, and able to balance fun with structure, whether that is helping with homework, keeping routines on track, or making sure they are safe and happy. Through my work at a school, I have also gained experience supporting children in a structured environment, and I am often seen as a second mother figure because of how naturally I step into that role. I take safety, communication, and trust seriously. My goal is always to create a space where kids feel cared for and parents feel confident knowing their child is in good hands.
