Since graduating with my bachelors degree in 2020, I've worked as a juvenile reentry case manager and as a private nanny in St. Petersburg, Florida. We hired Cassidy for a full-time summer nanny position and it was one of the best decisions ever. She is SO patient, SO kind, SO conscientious, SO helpful -- just an absolutely great nanny and person. She treats my kids so thoughtfully and respectfully, and really has made such an effort to get to know them, their needs, their moods, and their personalities. Her communication is excellent and she's done a fantastic job of mirroring the way we parent when she's with the kids. She's also very flexible and has gone above and beyond in helping out around the house. Absolutely a treasure.
