About Cassia

Childcare has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. As the oldest of four, I was not only entrusted with the care of my siblings, but became the neighborhood babysitter around the age of 12. During my college years, I worked at an amazing five star daycare between classes, and became a regular babysitter for many of the families there. Childcare jobs enabled me to finance my graduate degree in communication disorders, and I have specialized in pediatrics for most of my nearly 20 year career as a speech language pathologist. I have extensive experience caring for children with special needs because of my job, and I have extensive experience, caring for groups of four (or even more) children because of my life - including being an incredibly proud auntie to 12 amazing children ranging from 1-week-old to 17 years of age.
