When we first realized that my father needed a little more care, it was difficult to navigate, as I think it is so often with eldercare. My father would get upset if I cleaned but Cassandra was able to help without causing him distress. She helped so much with this transition. She is so gentle and kind and he looked forward to seeing her. He enjoyed talking to her and she always made him feel like there was nothing she’d like better than to sit and hear stories about his life. She actively listens and she cares so deeply.
