I am a mental wellbeing practitioner in the early stages of my business. I am certified as a somatic trauma informed coach, with a positive psychology certification as well. Every Sunday, I volunteer with the children's ministry at my church, where I help teach and look after kids ages 1-3rd grade. it's something I truly love doing. Through those connections, I've also babysat for several families in my church community, gaining hands-on experience with everything from playtime to diaper changes to bedtime routines. I'm patient, reliable, and comfortable with young children, including infants. At home, I also care for my 3 dogs, so I'm used to a busy household and know how to stay calm, attentive, and responsible no matter what's going on around me. Cassandra is by far the best sitter we’ve ever had. She is so great with my 3 high energy kids. I don’t have to worry that they are watching tv the whole time because she always has things planned for them to do. They get so excited when she comes and that helps me know they are taken care of. She’s always on time, flexible, and so easy to talk to. We love Cassandra!
