I am a 58-year-old retired RN. I have been out of the workforce for over 20 years so I am not licensed anymore. I have a degree in Nursing ( ADN). When we started our family I was fortunate to be able to stay home and raise a family and subsequently let my license expire. However I worked for many years as an RN in a hospital on a medical / surgical floor as a Charge nurse. I made a career change and was an Assistant Director of Nursing at a long term care facility before I left the workforce . I love geriatric nursing and look forward to working again. My Mom passed away in 2020 and I realized how difficult it can be to find compassionate, dependable , and experienced help. I have 2 adult children and 2 dogs.
