Unfortunately, she is one of two sitters who wasted my family’s time on this site. After a video interview, I created a detailed calendar and followed up when I received no response for over a week. I was also willing to be flexible, including allowing her to start with EXPIRED certifications. If the position no longer worked for her, a simple message would have been respectful and professional. Communication and reliability are extremely important to me as a parent, as this process is stressful and frustrating enough. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this sitter.
