I am Patient Care Assistant with 30 plus years in home health care and Retired 25 years as Program Service Supervisor I & II. My duties as a PCA : baths, grooming care, light housekeeping, prepare meals, companionship, laundry, ADL completion on care of pt., hygiene care, showers/bed baths, assist with medication if needed, shopping/errands if needed. Duties as Program Service Supervisor: Administrative duties, Supervised 12-13 staff daily, provided work assignments, Monthly Mandatory Meetings, Shift reports provided, perform routine procedures to determine consumers level of functioning and attended consumers to activities and programs.
