We hired Sandi to be our son’s nanny when he was 5.5 months old, and she was with us until he was almost 3 years old and entering full-time preschool. Since that time we continue our relationship with Sandi as a friend and ad hoc babysitter to our son. She is dependable, creative, and proactive. She has the education and experience in both the daycare system and as a nanny. She was invested in helping our son meet developmental milestones, did creative projects with him, and exposed him to various environments like the library, nature center, playground, toddler classes, etc. We have full confidence in Sandi driving our son. When my son was 4 (when Sandi was no longer our nanny) I had an unexpected injury requiring significant and immediate bed rest, and Sandi jumped right in to help us out – taking my son to a holiday event, swim class, and gymnastics that my husband I couldn’t manage during the initial days of my injury.
