About Cassandra

I'm a dependable, compassionate person who believes everyone deserves respect, independence, and a good quality of life. While I am just beginning my career as a professional caregiver, I occasionally support two friends--taking one on walks and visiting another who lives with Alzheimer's. I enjoy helping with daily tasks, preparing healthy meals, and offering companionship. I also love taking clients to parks, playing games, and joining local activities. My top strengths are emotional support, healthy meal prep, and encouraging engagement through conversation and light activity. I'm calm under pressure, a good listener, and treat each person with dignity and kindness. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, yoga, working in the orchard with my farm community, and spending time with my dog (who would be thrilled to join me if appropriate & approved)
