We have been working with Casondra since school has been out & she has been wonderful. She limits screen time & is one of the few we have hired in the past that is incredibly hands on with our child. My daughter adores her & looks up to her like a big sister. 

Casondra was good at communication while scheduling the meet and greet. On the day of the meet and greet, she flaked out without a word. No show. No confirmation. Enough said.

I had hired Casondra for thanksgiving break while my 6yr old was out of school & she was a tremendous help. She took my young one to the zoo & community pool while I was working in my office. I would use the help again!

She is AMAZING with my kids. I'm still currently using her help when needed because my kids are too attached to her!!!She arranged her school schedule to still be able to help me. She brings over breakfast for the kids and/or bakery goods she made the night before to give me a hand. I gave out her number to co workers at my office and i will continue to spread the word around. Needless to say i would recommend her. She is a very hands on, always on time and very personable with our family. I agreed to be one of her references.

She was overwhelmed with the responsibilities of taking care of our 20 month old. I'm sure she's equipped to take care of older kids but not 2 years or younger. 

She ghosted us with a no call no text situation. I second the experience of the above parent. It was the same for us as well.

Had Cassondra for valentines date night.
She took care of my 7 year old and my Yorkie, Will be using for more upcoming date night's.

After less than 8 hours  caring for my toddler daughter Casondra was overwhelmed.  She lacks the necessary experience,maturity, nurturing & compassion to care for a toddler. 
Her bio is deceiving because if you have the capability to work with special needs children you can surely manage dealing with a toddler who is 2.5 years old.   Not only was she overwhelmed -her snarky text messages afterwards only proved her lack of experience & inability to care and engage with a toddler but her lack of maturity

Casondra has reached out to me to give her a review. I have been working with Casondra for a few months now and she is very dependable and reliable.
I used her for overnights, date nights or when i need to run to the doctors with my wife last minute. She plays with my kid and cleans up after the messes. I have spoken to her references before, and everyone had positive things to say.

She was amazing! my kiddos loved her. Came on time and interacted with my children in all activities. Would recommend!
