About Casey

I have worked with kids for nearly 25 years. As a teenager, I was a babysitter, Rolling Readers volunteer, and tutor. During and immediately after college I worked as a K-8 substitute teacher, Birth to Three volunteer, and FT nanny. For the last 15 years, I have been a nanny, GED tutor, dyslexia intervention specialist and homeschooling parent. I currently work full-time as an Special Education Instructional Assistant at an elementary school, but am looking for a childcare position for the summer break. I love to read, do art projects, bake, and get outside with the children in my care. I'm also happy to include some tutoring/educational time each day to prevent the "summer slide." I will be available starting 6/15.
