Hi families! My name is Casey, and I have over 25 years of experience working with children through nannying, mother's helper roles, preschool teaching, and in-home daycare settings. I am AMS certified for ages 0-3, Director Qualified in Maryland, and maintain active CPR and MAT certification. I have experience in both childcare centers and home-based care, with a strong passion for Montessori-inspired learning and child development. Families describe me as warm, dependable, patient, and engaging. I love creating safe, nurturing environments that support independence, curiosity, and confidence. I'm comfortable around dogs and cats - just let me know any specific pet routines or needs. While I'm happy to assist with occasional transportation, I prefer positions where regular school pick-ups/drop-offs are not the primary responsibility.
