Understanding them enough to know when they just need some time to them self, when they need some extra love and attention, know how important it is for them to get the exercise the breed requires, feeding them and having clean water, walking them and just having play time, administering medications, and following instructions from the owner are all just a little bit of the responsibilities of this position.
