About Carson
Hey! My name is Carson. I've been working with kids since 2021 for the CMCSS district. I've worked closely with a student in a middle school CDC class, and this year I've worked a lot with elementary aged kids. My career with CMCSS has always had to do with developing behavior management techniques and coping strategies, so I've spent a lot of time developing my patience and understanding towards those around me - especially kids. I like to be personable with them, and let them be kids - which not a lot of adults are willing to do. I'm comfortable with light meal making, housekeeping, and babysitting.
