About Carrie

My interest in doing in-home care came when my own grandmother started losing her independence, getting weak, and needing help in the house. Living away, we had someone come in and help her and that person truly became family. I want to help be that person for someone else now. I also have experience with Alzheimer's, as my grandfather had it. Both of them have now passed. As for myself I'm a medical laboratory technician by trade, a wife, and a mother to 4 children (1 now deceased); 2 of which have (had) bleeding disorders and a joint mobility disorder. In my free time I enjoy the outdoors, camping, reading, and animal rescue. I volunteer as an animal foster currently as well. My full time job has me working full time, third shift, Friday-Sunday nights. Therefore, I would be available weekdays for care giving.
