Carrie took care of our 3 children for a year and a half. She was always on time, had a great rapport with the kids, great demeanor for working with young children. Was always flexible and also super helpful around the house, did lots of laundry. Excellent at keeping kids engaged in both indoor and outdoor activities, with minimal screen time.
