H! My name is Carrie... I'm here to help with care for yourself or a loved one. I am a uniquely experienced yoga teacher with a history of caring for seniors and others. Can help with lots of tasks... home care, medication reminders, companionship, errands, light house work grocery shopping, pet care, movement and mobility sessions within my care. I have 5+ years as a professional yoga teacher of which I have taught multiple chair classes a week to seniors helping them maintain, range of motion, strength, balance, etc. Throughout my teachings I've worked with people who have suffered abrupt traumatic injuries, gone through surgery, those with parkinson's, M. S., paraplegics, and those with some to little limitations within their lives and daily schedules. Looking for long term client on Monday's and Friday's.
