Carrie is knowledgeable and knows when to ask questions of professionals as well as families. She is sympathetic; but not overly sympathetic. During my treatment I couldn’t drive so she drove me to all my appointments and took me grocery shopping, to the bank, pharmacy, post office, etc. She was cheerful about it all.
