About Carrie

Before I tell you about my paid experience with animals, I would like to tell you about my life experiences with them. I grew up on a farm with horses, chickens, cats, dogs, geese, pigs and goats. I have always had dogs and cats in my home since I was born and I even used to have fish in my earlier years. I went to classes for veterinary assistance and spent observational hours at Jarrettsville Veterinary Clinic. I have also worked at pet boarding/daycare facility called Best Friends Furever. I couldn't work there very long because the hours they had me work interrupted my daily life and honestly, the owner and the other employees didn't seem to care about the dogs. I witnessed terrible abuse there and was let go for trying to protect the pet's well-being. I just moved back to Maryland from NJ and I presently own a mini dachshund who is like a daughter to me. I promise to take care of all animals as if they were my own. They deserve to be loved because they love us unconditionally.
