I enjoy working with the elderly and children. I have 3 children and they have brought so much joy to my life. They are now all school age and I'm looking to care for children during the day while my children are in school. I have been a caregiver to my friends children and my nieces and nephews before I had children of my own. I enjoy helping children learn and to play while learning. I believe that every child is unique and special. I have 5 years of experience with helping and caring for the elderly. I have experience with people who have dementia and cared for a 95-year-old woman with dementia for the past year and a half but sadly she got Covid and we lost her. I am a very patient person who just likes to help people stay in their homes by providing my services. I'm honest and hard working. My goal is to treat people with dignity and allow them to feel comfortable with me and my care for them.

Carrie helped with my elderly mom who could not walk or stand, she would come over to my house and together get her to the sink and wash her hair, then sit mom in a chair and have a very nice conversation, even if sometimes it didn't make much sense. Carrie would help me get her ready for bed every night even changing diapers. Sometimes my mom would just scream for hours and when I couldn't get her calmed down , I'd call Carrie and she would sit very calmly talking to her and get her to relax . I never could have kept my mom out of a nursing home if Carrie didn't help. She was my hero
