About Carrie

Hi all! I'm a certified postpartum doula and I've worked with families my entire 15+ year career. I live in West Town but work all over the city. I have openings in May 2026 going into summer and fall. Feel free to check in about my schedule as it can shift as my contracts start and end. I offer in home support typically within a week after birth, and I'm there to help you navigate all the highs and lows of new parenthood. I can help with breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding, and I fully support families on the feeding journey that works best for their lifestyle. If you have questions about what to expect in terms of postpartum recovery, or what to expect in your infant's development, I'm there to answer your questions and offer reassurance. I'm communicative, warm, and proactive, and it is a part of my mission to be supportive and inclusive of all families. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I'm vaccinated and boosted, I've received the Tdap shot, and I get a yearly flu shot.
