My name is Carrie, I have been a caregiver for most of my life. I am a self starter with compassion that this requires. Previously I worked with a female who had dementia. I was tasked with medication reminders, transportation, hospital stays, meal prep, light cleaning and just being a companion while making sure she was safe. I have also worked with a male who was what would be considered high cares. His requirements were transferring, feeding tube, nebulizer, suction machine, changes of depends and shirt as needed, medication administered through feeding tube etc. I enjoy knitting, puzzles, coloring and yes cleaning.
