Carrie is absolutely the best! I swear my baby learns more from her in 2 hours than he does from me in an entire day, ha! She is accommodating to our requests (cloth diapers is a big one for us) and helps out around the house while he's down for a nap (I swear she must think I haven't folded a single piece of laundry since she started with us). She also has great availability and is a delight to have around. She doesn't even mind our rescue dogs when they are being rude. I simply can't say enough great things about Carrie. If she's available for your job, you don't want to pass her up!
