About Carrie

Hello! My name is Carrie and I am an animal lover through and through. I'm looking to pick up a few extra little jobs here and there to help pay for my upcoming wedding :) I have 1 dog (Black Lab/Blue Heeler mix) and two kitties. I grew up with animals. We had several different breeds ranging from Black Lab to Husky to Golden Retriever. My mother had an African Grey Parrot named Buddy. We also had a couple ferrets over the years, and my little sister also inherited an older chinchilla and cared for him until he passed away from old age. After I moved out my parents adopted a pure-bred Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, and right before he passed away they adopted a Great Dane as a companion for him. I currently volunteer at the Tacoma Humane Society and will be fostering animals as well as helping out at the shelter. I'm available evenings and weekends, and some overnights might be OK depending on the distance, as I work Monday through Friday until 5 p.m.
