Carrie has worked with my son who is 4 yrs old this year. she has been kind and reliable and fully engaging of his needs. she meets him where he is at and gets on the floor to play and is fully active with him. he has a lot of energy but she is patient and always playful. she has watched him all hours of the day including bedtime. as an added bonus I have also used Carrie for dog walking and dog errands and house organizing and cleaning and errands. she does all these tasks with a smile and is super helpful to me. she would be an asset to any family
