Carrie was my mom’s assistant for 15 years. She helped catalogue her extensive library and care for her garden, ran errands for her, cared for her cat- took her to the vet, fed her etc. among other daily chores. She also cared for my mom after she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She was by her side, helping her drink tea, helping her move in bed, and just being next to her for anything she needed until she passed. My mom deeply cherished Carrie and she would be an asset to anyone!
