I have known Carrie for 6 years, first as her employer, where she worked for me as a child care provider at my State licensed children's' center, then as an extension of our work relationship we developed a friendship. Carrie oozes love for children, is very kind and nurturing. She has expertise in child development, group management skills, lesson planning and smooth routines with the children, of all ages. She worked in our Infant, toddler and preschool rooms. All the children loved Miss Carrie! Carrie has a wonderful way communicating with parents of their children's needs and milestones. Carrie is a team player, and is a wonderful mom herself to 4 children!
