For 10+ years, I've been dedicated to supporting the independence, comfort, and well-being of seniors. I am a former CNA and Certified Home Health Aide with a passion for compassionate, dependable in-home care. I am a certified nutrition coach and have culinary experience. I currently care for two elderly ladies two days a week and have supported them for over eight years, building long-term trusted relationships. I have experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, and Parkinson's and assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, medication reminders, and companionship. I am calm and skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and adapting to changing routines. Families can expect clear communication and respectful, reliable care. While I always prioritize safety and professionalism, I also believe in moments of joy-there's a time to be serious and a time to be a little silly. I enjoy sharing laughter, stories, and simple moments that brighten the day.
