Carrie is probably the most empathetic, caring person I have ever known. She was my direct supervisor for 10 years and to watch her way of interacting with any person with any kind of mental or physical disability was a humbling learning experience for me. Any baby, child or special needs individual would love her as anyone who she has ever supported does.
