The amount of those needing help is staggering, the options challenging and underwhelming. I'm here to lean in and provide my client the needed support: companionship to mobility, grooming, bathing, toileting and feeding assistance to bedbound; medication supervision; housekeeping and meal prep ; errands, and transport, etc. For those fully independent to needing assistance with all ADL's. Experience includes visual impairment, PTSD, OCD, quadriplegia/ALS, bed restriction, wheelchair and Hoyer lift. Eager to provide thoughtful care. Respectful of client needs and preferences, ensuring they feel cared for, and treating with dignity. Flexible, short- or long-term, day or night. (Preference for long shifts, inc multi-day.) Willing to travel for extended hrs. Mature (53), professional, detail-oriented, intelligent (KSU graduate, summa cum laude), trustworthy and a quick learner.
