About Carrie

I currently work as an assistant kinder teacher at a Montessori Based school in Midway, UT. I run a nature playgroup in Park City/Heber on Fridays. I am a classically trained chef and I can teach your children how to cook, as well as teaching academics through the culinary arts. I come from a family of successful artists, I paint and draw daily, and can give art lessons as age and level appropriate. I teach and call community contra dance for all ages in SLC. I know the importance of movement education for children. I am a very positive person and I encourage children's self-esteem. I also help them with self-regulation. With 10 years of experience caring for children ages one through 12, I bring a patient and creative, presence wherever I go. I am fully CPR and First Aid certified. Since I am a confident driver with a reliable car, I am happy to help with school runs and activities. I truly look forward to becoming a supportive, trusted partner in your family's daily life.
