Carrie was wonderful. She was a teacher and is taking time off to try for a family herself. I would have hired except that the position I needed filled required overnight care for a week at a time and Carrie is married. I did not want to impose on someone's marriage like that. Otherwise I thought she would do well for anyone with an infant on up to young teen. She was smart, put thought into my intensive questions (I host a 30 min interview), and I felt extremely responsible. I would have felt comfortable leaving my daughter with her while out of state for work. Carrie is a catch for anyone.
