Hello families! My name is Carrie & I have nearly 8 years of professional Nanny experience, specializing in newborn and infant care. I've spent the last several years working primarily with babies, helping families establish healthy sleep foundations, consistent routines, and age-appropriate developmental activities. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) training, and am trained in safe sleep and SBS prevention! I love guiding little ones through milestones like sleep transitions, introducing solids, motor development, and sensory play. I value creating a calm, predictable environment while incorporating fresh air, enriching activities, and intentional one on one engagement.
