I have been working as a caregiver for about 20 years. I started out babysitting up to 5 kids at a time when I was 12 years old. 10 years ago I began working with mentally and physically delayed individuals from basic care to helping with all ADL's. The ages were from 21-70 years old. During this time I also did in home care specifically for seniors for light housekeeping and companionship. I previously worked as a Registered Behavioral Therapist for children with autism. For the last 4 years I have been a school bus driver and help out with my nephew with special needs.
