Joy has been working part time with us for the last 6 months (24h/week). We have entrusted her with the care of our 8 and 4 year old children. She is the most reliable and caring caregiver we ever hired. Joy has never been late nor absent without notice. She never raised her voice nor lost patience and always treated our children with kindness and respect. Not only was she able to organize activities in and out of the house, but she was also organizing the house while monitoring homework. She's been an amazing nanny and both kids love her. Joy's human skills really reflected on the kids, and we would have kept her as our nanny if we weren't moving abroad.
