About Carolyn

I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, analytical, and creative. I like working with kids because witnessing them learn a new skill or fact is an incredible feeling. I'm looking for a job that both pays the bills and fills my cup. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I worked as a babysitter, tutor, and music instructor. I continued each of those roles throughout college and beyond. Now I work primarily with PreK students with behavioral needs and teach high school marching band! In my spare time, I like to crochet, attend concerts, watch sports, spend time with family/friends, drink coffee, scroll, and complete my NYT games. My skills include guiding children through big feelings/behavioral outbursts, creating fun activities, and aiding children in exploration.
