Professional Big Sister with Eldest Daughter Energy. Much of my caregiving experience comes from real family life: helping care for my 82-year-old father and supporting my 50-year-old sister with an intellectual/developmental disability. I understand the practical side of care -- appointments, transportation, errands, activities, companionship, paperwork, benefits, housing applications, and keeping everyone coordinated -- as well as the emotional dynamics of multigenerational families. I bring lived experience navigating Asian American family and caregiving dynamics, and I'm comfortable working alongside adult children, siblings, and other family caregivers. My style is organized, respectful, calm, and proactive. I'm especially well suited for companionship, respite, outings, appointments, and family-support needs that require more than simply sitting with someone.
