About Carolyn

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I have dedicated more than 25 years to supporting families as a caregiver and children's education as a licensed teacher. Holding a college degree with a focus on Child Development, I am a Certified Teacher for Preschool through 5th grade. My approach is patient, calm, and imaginative. I love engaging children through reading, arts and crafts, building blocks, and nature discovery. Since I enjoy the outdoors, I am happy to facilitate active play. I have completed CPR and First Aid Training multiple times throughout my career as well as fingerprinting, TB testing and CARI clearance. I am comfortable caring for up to two children and am happy to assist with light housekeeping. I prioritize your preferences for communication and follow your lead on household rules. I look forward to bringing my creative energy and professional experience into your home to help your little ones thrive.
