If you are fairly new to care giving of a loved one, as I was, you will learn from Carol. She knows what to do and will help you learn, if you want to.  If you don't that's ok too, she will do the job for you. 
Over the course of the 18 months my husband was ill, she was one of the few that knew keeping him mentally engaged was as important as physical care. She took the time to find out his interests and gear activities toward them.

Carol took care of both my in laws...She was such a blessing for our family...She is extremely caring, punctual,organized and knowledgeable about how to care for the elderly. We never felt uncomfortable having her in the home. She was always communicating with us regarding their needs. We were able to keep them in their home until they passed,Carol made that all possible.

Carol has a wealth of experience working with a special population which requires patience, flexibility and humility. She also has a great sense of humor!

She is a wonderful and kind person who is responsible and vary very caring. Carol is without doubt capable to manage any type of situation. She cared for my mother for many years and treated her as a good friend as well as a caregiver. We were blessed to have her . I hired Carol as a companion for my uncle. Carol started by taking he and my aunt to Dr's appointments and doing small things around the house. After a number of years with my uncle and aunt, as they needed more care and the scope of the job changed. She adapted right with them. Carol helped my aunt also when she was diagnosed with cancer, driving her to all her chemo appointments and helping my uncle care for his wife during her last days. Once my uncle was alone and more frail, it was evident he needed more care. Carol took the reins, interviewing and hired additional trusted caregivers that, she managed on a daily basis. Carol worked for my uncle for 24 years, until the day he passed away at 103. To say that Carol is a trusted, caring, compassionate and dedicated caregiver is an understatement. 

Carol has been instrumental in helping organise and manage care for my grandmother. She is dependable, caring, and willing to not just be a great companion and caregiver, but also help with the administrative duties. I highly recommend anyone considering hiring Carol to not hesitate, she is fantastic. 

Carol is very reliable and helpful.  She has had to deal with our Mother getting injured, taking her to the emergency room and taking care of her dog.  Her knowledge of the Wellesley area and the surrounding towns is wonderful when she is running errands for our Mother.  Taking our Mother shopping and being helpful around the house is so great.  Our Mother has trouble reaching and finding things in the grocery store, which makes Carols help so important.
