For over a decade, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, driven by a genuine passion for their well-being and independence. My previous experiences in care roles have only deepened my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I am a college graduate, and my approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping. I am also trained in CPR. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Building trust and confidence with my clients is paramount. I enjoy listening to their stories, engaging in meaningful conversations, and encouraging participation in appropriate activities, always prioritizing safety. I communicate with families through regular updates via text or phone, following their preferred method.
