Carol was wonderful with my son! He took to her instantly—no warm-up time needed, which is rare for him. She filled in while our regular nanny was on vacation and made the transition seamless. Carol has a sweet, calm presence and brought such a positive energy. She’s reliable, kind, and connected so well with my son.  It has been a great experience having Carol (with her daughter) as a nanny.  We hired Carol for a two month position to bridge the gap between my return to work and our daughter starting daycare. Carol is truly an excellent caregiver: she is warm, caring, detail oriented, very knowledgable, extremely reliable and communicative. Carol brought her young daughter with her when she cared for our daughter, which worked out great.  Carol is a real pro and has lots of experience caring for multiple children so there was no issue at all having more than one baby in the house (in fact, it had advantages like giving our daughter exposure to another child). Even with a young baby in tow, Carol was never late getting to our house each morning and was always super responsive throughout the day.  She provides a very high quality of care and helped our daughter with her transition to solids, crawling, and teething.  I can't recommend Carol highly enough--the only reason we are not hiring her for the long term is because we committed to daycare a long time ago.  

Carol is an excellent nanny and we were lucky enough to have her taking care of our boys for almost two years. We still reach out to Carol for any date night needs. Carol watched our oldest  boy from 3-5 years old and youngest boy from 17 months - 3 years old.  Both are very energetic.  Carol kept them entertained.  She took them on many outdoor adventures to the park, nature walks to the river and  to the library for story time.  Also, she took our oldest to part time preschool and supervised speech and occupational therapy sessions.  She made sure that he practiced whatever he was assigned for the week.  

Carol is very loving.  She would cuddle with our youngest son.  She sang to him and read him stories.  She made sure that the boys napped.  She made them breakfast and lunch.  She knew what each boy liked and made sure they ate plenty of fruits and veggies.

In addition, Carol was very reliable.  She showed up on time every day.  We trusted Carol to drive our car.  She tidied up the children’s toys and did their laundry.  She made it easier for both my husband and I to leave for work knowing that the boys were in good hands.

Carol is amazing!  She is professional and you can tell she loves her job.  She watched my 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter and we couldn't have been happier with her.  We only needed temporary child care but if we were looking for a permanent nanny she would have been the one!  She engaged our children with arts and crafts, teaching letters/writing/numbers, and of course just plain old played with them.  They loved her.  We still reach out to her for child care when we need someone :)

Carol was a wonderful nanny to our almost 7 month old. She was punctual, caring, responsible, and went above and beyond all her requested tasks to make both us and our infant feel truly cared for. Most importantly, she treated our baby with so much love, which was apparent by how much our baby adored her. We were sad to part ways but would highly recommend Carol to any family- you would certainly be lucky!

She is more than just a nanny she becomes family. She is amazing with all ages of children. She's reliable, she's fun, she's interactive, and loving! Any family that has her is blessed!

Carol is a great friend of mine. She has been taking care of kids ever since I've known her. She has also introduced me to my First family that I nanny for part time, where I worked besides her as she guided me to be the best sitter/Nanny I could be. Her work ethic is amazing, any family would be lucky to have her as their sitter/Nanny.

Carol took care of our two boys for about a year until we moved out of town. 

She had our youngest from four months on full time and would pick up our three year old from school and care for both boys until we got back. 

She became part of the family working to make our lives easier and more enjoyable and maximizing our quality time with our two boys.  She also was super helpful when we had to stay late or helping out on the weekend. 

It's hard to express how much confidence we had in her other than to say my wife and I were able to spend a full weekend away (out of the country) cause we had that much trust in Carol. 

She interacted so well with both boys and our oldest was always asking her to stay for dinner. She was just really part of the family.  

We would rehire her if we returned to Chicago or she moved to Nashville.  She did come stay with us for a about a month down here but I couldn't convince her to move.

Very good phone and in-person interviews with Carol: punctual, enthusiastic, good questions/answers and follow-up, responsive. We moved forward with a candidate that made more logistical sense for our position, but recommend Carol as a strong candidate.
