About Carol

I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with 10+ years experience in nursing facility! I'd describe my personality as friendly, happy, organized. I like caring for seniors because they deserve respect and dignity as they enter into their later years. I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my years of experience working with the senior population, to enhance their lives and allow them to live at home as safely and independently as possible! I started caring for seniors in 2009, after being a stay at home mother to my 3, now adult, Children. In my spare time, I like to clean, organize , decorate, spend time with my grandchildren One thing you should know about me is I am a generally happy and upbeat person who is a natural born caregiver. My skills include providing care to clients to help them restore and or maintain their strength and mobility, providing mental stimulation to keep clients engaged and provide them with a sense of purpose, and listening!!!!
