Carol was a beacon of light at the most difficult moment of our lives. She brought warmth, kindness, and deep capability into our home when my mother needed it most. Her patience was extraordinary—the patience of a saint—paired with the intelligence and instinct of someone who has spent a lifetime caring for others, particularly the mercurial elderly.
She didn’t just care for my mother; she cared about her. Carol engaged her in gentle movement, thoughtful cognitive exercises, and, most importantly, surrounded her with constant love and warmth. While she handled all of the essentials—feeding, bathing, changing—with total competence, what set her apart was how she did it: always with dignity, tenderness, and genuine kindness.
Her sunny disposition never faltered. Day after day, she showed up fully present, calm, and reassuring. Carol was not only a gift to my mother, who was living with dementia—she was a gift to our entire family. She made us feel supported, steadied, and cared for during an incredibly painful time.
We worked with several caregivers, and none compare to Carol. Her impact on our family is lasting, and our gratitude is immeasurable.


Carol is the best of the best. I cannot recommend her more highly. She worked with our family from 2018 to 2025, taking care of my beloved mother who passed away at near 96. Carol is kind, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, very personable, and very experienced with geriatric/senior care. Mom's needs increased in the last year or two and Carol was able to manage through changing requirements including memory loss. Mom was exceptionally well cared for, ate a very healthy nutritious diet that Carol lovingly prepared, and did regular therapy/exercises with Carol up until near the end of her life. Carol took mom to all medical appointments and navigated through walkers and wheelchairs, as needs changed. Carol was an excellent conversationalist and kept mom up-to-date on current events and they had good laughs together. They had a wonderful, enjoyable relationship up until the very end.  I recommend Carol as a caregiver without reservations. She will always be considered dear family to me! 

Carol was a blessing for me.  I had knee surgery and needed someone to help me around the house and with my own personal care.  Carol is reliable, prompt, caring, gentle and very knowledgeable.  She would anticipate my needs and help me with anything.  Nothing was too small or to large for her to tackle. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. 

Carol is absolutely the best and I would enthusiastically recommend her.

The absolute best and most devoted nurse aid ever.  So loved that she is now a member of our family.  Extremely devoted and extraordinarily competent.  Also gentle, loving, warm and just plain above and beyond. Need I say more

After interviewing several applicants through Care.com I hired Carol to help care for my husband when he was being discharged from the hospital  and coming home after a having a severe stroke.  He required nourishment through a feeding tube, dispensing medication, personal care including changing diapers.

My husband couldn't stand on his own nor could I support him.  Carol is a strong woman and was able to transfer him from home hospital bed to a wheelchair so that we might take him outside for sunshine and air. As my husband neared death, she arranged that I would have 24 hour coverage, including Christmas and New Year's Eve.  He was at that point under hospice supervision.

All were very professional.  Definitely no elderly baby-talk.  They all, and especially Carol, treated him with the respect he deserved. Carol is a most compassionate person and was a great comfort to me as my husband of almost 50 years neared death.  You may contact me. 


 I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Carole has taken care of my parents for over six years.  She is smart, intuitive, kind, caring and dependable.  In our darkest moments Carole guided us through.  She took excellent loving care of my parents and made sure that all their medical and emotional  needs were met.
